Once we receive the product, we will check whether it matches the issue or reason you reported.
For returns: Eligible items will be refunded according to our refund policy.
For exchanges: Eligible items will have a replacement sent to your address within 1–3 business days.

For returns without reason, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
