Once you place an order on Walenirta (hereinafter referred to as “we”), your order will be processed and shipped in accordance with the following shipping policy. This policy is intended to give you a clear overview of the order, handling, and delivery process so you can plan your receipt accordingly.

1. Delivery Area

At this time, we only accept and process deliveries within Australia. Shipping services are not available outside Australia.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the order value. Orders with a total value of A$145 (inclusive) or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below A$145 are subject to a flat shipping fee of A$4.99. All applicable charges are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

3. Order Acceptance Time

Our order acceptance and processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) Orders completed and paid before 18:00 are treated as same-day orders. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day. If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day.

4. Order Processing Period

After payment confirmation, orders enter the internal handling process. Under normal circumstances, processing takes 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, item preparation, and shipment arrangement.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. This timeframe is for reference only and may vary depending on the delivery location and logistics arrangements.

6. Shipping Methods

We select the most appropriate shipping service based on the specific order. Common carriers include Australia Post, UPS, and DHL Express.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a notification email will be sent to you with key details, including your order reference and delivery information. To follow the progress of your shipment, simply visit the “Order Tracking” section on our website and enter the email address or phone number provided at checkout together with your order number.

8. Shipping-Related Responsibilities

If you notice visible damage upon receipt or do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, requests to modify shipping details or cancel the order may not be guaranteed. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete, as issues arising from incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Receipt Notice

To protect your interests, we recommend checking the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If any irregularities are found, please note them at receipt and contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is signed for, it is considered successfully delivered.
