3. Product Information, Stock, and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product details, stock status, and pricing. However, discrepancies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors before shipment and will notify you accordingly.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure credit or debit card payments, including MasterCard and Visa. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order details.
5. Shipping Policy
Delivery Area: Shipping is limited to within Australia.
Shipping Fees: Orders of A$145 or more enjoy free shipping; orders under A$145 incur a shipping fee of A$4.99.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Shipping Method and Estimated Time: Delivered via Australia Post, UPS, or DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT)are processed the same day. Orders after 18:00 or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancelable Orders: Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped can be canceled.
Non-cancelable Orders: Orders older than 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled immediately and must follow the return process after delivery for a refund.
Cancellation Process: Contact customer service via email or phone with your order number and payment details. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome and refund arrangements.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, with an estimated processing time of 7–11 business days. For more details, refer to our order cancellation policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: Returns can be requested within 35 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Items with appearance defects, quality issues, odors, significant color differences, wrong items delivered, or voluntary returns without reason.
Return Process:
Contact customer service with your order information and issue details;
Upon approval, receive the return address and return label;
Pack the item along with all accessories, materials, and return label in the original packaging and send it back;
We will inspect the returned item and process the refund or exchange within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are borne by us; shipping costs for voluntary returns are borne by the customer.
